If you happen to have any complaints, we recommend you to notify us first by mailing [email protected]. Within seven days we will reply in order to find a solution together. If we do not manage to find a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Valued Shops.
It is also a possibility to submit your complaints to the Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel. From 15 february onwards, it is also possible for consumers in the European Union to send complaints to the ODR-platform from the European Commission. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being treated elsewhere, you are free to deposit it at the platform of the EU.
